With the Try-on courier service, you have the opportunity to select any 10 items available on Dressup.ge and initially pay only for the delivery method, which costs 5.95 GEL. Our courier will deliver the selected products to the address you specified within 1-3 calendar days and will wait for you for 20 minutes. You will have the chance to try on the items and keep only what you want. The cost of the selected products will be paid on-site to the courier, using a terminal. You can choose to pay either as a single payment or in installments. Please note that the try-on service is only available within Tbilisi.

Products purchased on ** Dressup.ge** can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a request, please visit the order history and details in your personal cabinet, and we will contact you for assistance. In the case of an exchange or return, the product must retain its original resale appearance, be in perfect condition, and the factory label affixed to it is not damaged, removed, or lost.

Items purchased from Dressup stores from the new collection can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, while returns are accepted within 3 days. For products bought during a sale or discount, exchanges are allowed within 3 days, but returns are impossible.

Please note: Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged only once within the 14-day period. Due to hygiene regulations, the return/exchange service does not apply to the following items: socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, hair clips, earrings, and shoe care products.
