Courier Service

Please note:


During promotional periods, not all delivery methods may be available. The system will display only the delivery options currently active at the time of your purchase. Additionally, delivery times may be extended during these periods — specific details will be provided under the delivery method you select at checkout.


Currently, there are 6 active delivery methods:

  1. Standard Delivery Service – Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1 to 3 calendar days, while delivery to other regions takes 2 to 5 business days. This service is free.
  2. G-Star Raw Standard Delivery – For G-Star Raw products, orders will be delivered within 4 to 8 business days, service is free
  3. Express Delivery – Available only within Tbilisi and only for single-item purchases. You will receive your item within a maximum of 3 hours after placing your order. Delivery fee: 14.95 GEL.
  4. Express Delivery – Online Exclusive – Available only within Tbilisi, this service applies only to items from the Online Exclusive category, with no limit on the number of items. Orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 hours. Delivery fee: 14.95 GEL.
  5. Try-On at Delivery (“Morige”) – You can select up to 10 items, place your order, and prepay only the delivery fee of 5.95 GEL. A courier will deliver the items within 1 to 3 calendar days and wait for 20 minutes while you try them on. You’ll pay only for the items you choose to keep, using a card. This service is available only within Tbilisi.
  6. In-Store Pickup – You’ll receive an SMS notification within 2 to 4 calendar days, after which you can pick up your order from the selected store.
