How to Return or Exchange an Item?

If you want an exchange or return, our courier will serve you throughout Tbilisi, while regional customers can send the item to be exchanged or returned using any courier service to the following address: Tbilisi, Didgomi, Mirian Mepe #68a.

For exchanges/returns, the product must retain its original resale appearance, be in perfect condition, and the manufacturer’s label is not damaged, removed, or lost. As soon as we receive the product and ensure it has a resale appearance, we will immediately process the refund, which will be reflected in your account within 2-5 business days. For regional exchanges, the exchanged product will be sent back immediately.
