How to Return or Exchange an Item?

If you request an exchange or return, our courier will assist you within Tbilisi, or you can personally deliver the item to one of our service centers. If you are located outside of Tbilisi, you can send the item for exchange/return via any courier service to the following address:

Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, 68a Mirian Mepe Street.



For exchanges/returns, the product must retain its original resale appearance, be in perfect condition, and the manufacturer’s label is not damaged, removed, or lost. As soon as we receive the product and ensure it has a resale appearance, we will immediately process the refund, which will be reflected in your account within 2-5 business days. For regional exchanges, the exchanged product will be sent back immediately.
