Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order placed on Dressup.ge as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If necessary, you can use the exchange/return service within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note: Due to hygiene standards, the exchange/return service does not apply to tights, pantyhose, underwear, swimsuits, bodysuits, accessories, hairpins, earrings, and shoe care products, as well as items that have wheels installed for mobility.
