Product Exchange/Return Policy

Products purchased on Dressup.ge can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a request, please visit the order history and details in your personal cabinet, and we will contact you for assistance. In the case of an exchange or return, the product must retain its original resale appearance, be in perfect condition, and the factory label affixed to it is not damaged, removed, or lost.

Items purchased from Dressup stores from the new collection can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, while returns are accepted within 3 days. For products bought during a sale or discount, exchanges are allowed within 3 days, but returns are impossible.

Please note: Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged only once within the 14-day period. Due to hygiene regulations, the return/exchange service does not apply to the following items: socks, tights, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, hair clips, earrings, and shoe care products.
